A real estate-backed lending company needed a public-facing site, a working loan application intake, and a property listing management system, not just a brochure page.
Built
A Next.js site with an internal CRM to manage inquiries, listings, and staff, a map-based property lookup for collateral, and a RAG-powered AI assistant that answers customer questions directly.
Result
Shipped as their live, primary application channel — property owners can start a loan application without a phone call.

A business consultancy offering four service lines (registration, tax, HR, process consulting) had no single place to explain them or get booked.

A Next.js site covering all four service lines with direct Calendly booking built in.

Engineex Technologiesis led by Eric Echemane, who's been building software professionally since 2020, across web, mobile, and backend, including leading release operations and delivery for a production platform used daily. Every engagement is scoped and led by Eric directly — no handoff between sales and the people actually writing the code — with contract or project-based developers brought in when the work calls for it.
Engineex Technologies takes on a deliberately limited number of engagements at a time. As it grows, that stays the standard the team is held to — not something that gets diluted to take on more clients.
